Privacy policy

What we collect

When you submit a form we store what you typed (name, email, phone, city, state, timeline, your needs and message), the page you sent it from, the time, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only for spam limits. We do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

Who we share it with

If you agree on the form, we share your request with up to three independent service providers or home buyers who serve your area, so they can contact you about it. Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy. We do not share contact-form or report-a-change messages.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw consent, use the contact form and give the email you used. California residents may also request disclosure of the categories of information shared. We will respond within 45 days.
